How much does the annual membership fee cost?The membership fee is decided by the council of members. Currently the amount consists of a fixed fee of € 200.00, plus a variable fee of € 5.00 to be multiplied by the number of members of staff in the company, excluding the owner.
Which bodies make up the association, how do they meet and how are they chosen?The bodies in the association are:
- The council of members is made up of all the companies who are up to date with their membership fee payments. Each company has the right to one vote.
- The executive board is composed of 11 members elected by the council, at least 3 of which must be represented by industrial companies (companies with more than 20 members of staff). The board meets at least 4 times a year and appoints the chairman and 2 deputy chairmen among its members. The members of the executive board remain in office for three years and can be re-elected. The executive board can also appoint work and study committees for special assignments.
- The ethics and disciplinary committee remains in office for three years and is made up of three members chosen and appointed by the council. The ethics and disciplinary committee can take part in the board meetings and offer advice as well as solving any disputes between members, if requested to do so.

How can I be active within the association?By taking part in the meetings and potentially in the executive board. By using the tools made available by the association, you can point out any problems or suggestions that may interest all the other members.
Which services can the association offer me?Technical/professional and administrative/tax consultancy relative to problems in the category. A chance to meet and discuss with other industry operators and free access to the NEWS section of the website.
What are the social appointments of the year?- ANNUAL MEETING: This is generally held half way through the year and often includes presentations by qualified speakers, called upon to discuss industry issues.
- MONTHLY MEETINGS OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD: The different initiatives to be undertaken in favour of the members and the partnerships to be activated with the schools and other institutions are examined.
Receiving information and updates useful for carrying out the company activity, both on a technical/professional and economic/administrative level. Being able to take part in training courses on specific areas of interest.
What should I do to join?Send an application request to the executive board of the association, stating that you are aware of and accept the regulations contained in the by-laws.

Who can join?All the companies in the graphics industry in Modena, the province and surrounding areas can join. Companies located in other provinces are also welcome.
